Timescales

We know you’ll be anxious to get going as soon as possible.

Our quick start programmes range between an average of 2-5 days. This will vary depending on the needs of your Salesforce® platform.

Step 1: Kick off

Your 20-minute kick off call will determine the project logistics and we’ll schedule in your full discovery call.

Step 2: Discovery

Our consultants need to know everything we can about you and your business. For us, this is the bread and butter of a high quality Salesforce® implementation.

Implementation

 

These will take place over a remote conference call or we’ll come and visit you at your workplace to get to know your requirements better.

After this conversation, we’ll provide our proposal where we’ll outline our ideas, delivery estimates and budget summaries.

 

Step 3: Build

Your consultant will begin your build, incorporating the requirements laid out in the discovery.

 

Step 4: Training

Finally, your consultant will deliver overview and start up training. If any additional handover training is needed, this will be delivered as required.

At this stage, your Salesforce® platform is handed back over to you and it’s time to go live.
