We’ll review whether the current build of your Salesforce® technology is still fit for purpose. For example, some fields or dashboards may have become redundant or need upgrading to reflect the way your business and your team currently use the platform.

Evaluate user activity and licenses

It’s good practise to regularly review your user activity. As part of protecting your data, you don’t want a number of people on your Salesforce® platform who don’t need to be there. As part of this process, we’ll also review licenses and access.

Report on data volumes, quality, and limits

We’ll provide a report on how you’re currently utilising your Salesforce® technology.

Address any user queries that are preventing fuller adoption

This will be an opportunity for users to let us know of any issues or queries regarding your Salesforce® technology.

Discussing this on a regular basis helps with user adoption and lets us know how your teams are getting on with the system.

We’ll make our recommendations based on what we find

At the end of our health check, we’ll give you our recommendations of what action needs to be taken to make sure you’re getting the best out of your Salesforce® platform.
