Technical Support Team Lead
After graduating from Aston University with a 1st in English Language (BSc Hons), I started my Salesforce career in 2013 when I joined Clarasys as an Associate Business Management Consultant on their graduate scheme. I worked as part of a team on a global Service Cloud rollout for a multinational media client, developing reports and dashboards for their Performance and Planning department. Since then, I have worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Wave and a Solutions Consultant at Hyphen8, among other roles. Before joining Mint, I worked my way up to Senior Tier 2 Technical Support at Validity where I resolved technical issues and developed custom solutions for complex use cases of the DemandTools, DupeBlocker and GridBuddy product suite.
I swim 2-3 times a week, listen to far too many podcasts and can often be found baking something chocolatey after work or at the weekend. I love travelling and exploring new cities, eating good food, and attempting the local language. Copenhagen is my favourite city. There’s nothing quite like cycling through the beautiful streets of Nyhavn on a sunny afternoon and stopping for a liquorice ice cream!
