Nick Kelly
Senior Salesforce Developer
After studying Games Development at Newcastle College I started my Salesforce journey in 2016 as an apprentice software developer at Accenture, a global professional services company. I had the opportunity to join a wide range of capabilities using different technologies. It was the Salesforce capability that took my interest. Learning about the platform and how it’s used along with how it can be customised to suit different business needs via declarative and code approaches is what drew me in.
I enjoy coding in my day to day job. However, being able to use other tools within the platform to build out solutions is what I find great about Salesforce. Since working in Salesforce as a developer in 2016 I have managed to work across many client projects from small companies to enterprise sized businesses with thousands of users and sites which would get tens of millions of hits per day in customer interactivity. This also included working with end users from America, Europe and Asia when consulting and building out their requirements. I’ve been apart of teams rolling out sales, service and experience clouds for different clients. I’ve also became a certified Salesforce developer along the way too.
Outside of my day to day work I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing video games, building lego, watching F1 and finding a good movie or tv series to watch.
