My employment journey within the online world began with accepting a coffee from an IT guru whilst doing a role with in a Charity. His passion for all things digital was infectious and it was him who introduced me to the exciting world of Salesforce, opening the door to a whole new career adventure.
Leaving this charity I moved within the Third sector working with those that utilised Salesforce to meet the needs of their activities before moving to a B2B company with multiple Salesforce platforms across multiple continents helping continue their utilisation and adoption of the system in every way possible. Then moving to a luxury retail company to bring their company from 70s to 21st century by installing Salesforce within their business environment giving them a 360 degree view of the entire business at their fingertips.
I currently have 2 x Salesforce Certificates (System Administrator & Certified Platform App Builder), alot of exposure to various industries and the use of various applications.
