After working in administration and data for many years, I found myself in the Salesforce world in 2018 starting as an end user. After sending a colleague dozens of questions and suggestions a day, they introduced me to Trailhead and there was no turning back!
I’ve worked on a number of Salesforce projects over the last few years, including documenting required flow improvements in customer management, working with marketing teams to increase lead conversion rates through better use of data, training end users, and overseeing a small team of Salesforce administrators.
Outside of work I’m a book addict who loves travelling and learning new languages
