I am the founder and CEO and lead the Mint Team. With a passion for sales and marketing and delivering outstanding customer service, I first came to “Salesforce®” as a customer when I needed a CRM solution for a business finance consultancy I was running. I then went on to sit the Salesforce training courses at their UK training centre and now focus exclusively on helping clients to implement new and enhance their existing Salesforce® implementations.
As an experienced and successful entrepreneur, I have previously started and built businesses in the facilities management and business services sectors. This has involved the development of field sales, telemarketing, service, and operations teams, raising investment and venture finance and successfully negotiating exit through trade sale. I understand business requirements at an operational and commercial level and have built a team of experts around me that allows us to deliver best in class Salesforce consultancy, implementation and development solutions.
