Before joining the Mint Team in 2017, I spent 3 years with another Salesforce Consulting Partner and prior to that was a Senior Administrator with Dimension Data for almost 10 years. 6 times Salesforce certified (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, App Builder, Advanced Administrator), and also Conga Certified, there’s not much I haven’t seen!
I take a methodical and considered approach to client projects and have solid experience across a range of sectors including Pharma, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Travel & Hospitality. Working with a range of contacts from MD/CEO level through to department ‘on the ground’ individuals across varying sizes and types of projects, I like to understand what is important to all users to ensure we provide the best solution to meet all needs and requirements along with identifying additional potential solutions to improve business processes and save time on daily tasks undertaken by individuals.
