Sterling’s production teams had been capturing time and build notes outside of Salesforce®, often through spreadsheets or informal records. The leadership team wanted live access to production information but it had to be easy for users to input without slowing them down.

Mint® approached the challenge from the ground up, working directly with shop floor staff to understand how and where they worked. We then co-designed a touchscreen-optimised Salesforce® interface specifically for tablet use on the production line. The result? A guided, step-by-step UI that simplifies input and ensures every build and time entry goes straight into the system.
