At the core of the solution is a fully integrated procurement workflow built directly in Salesforce®. Sales teams can now raise supplier pricing requests without leaving the system. These requests are automatically routed to Procurement, and then on to suppliers—ensuring nothing gets lost, delayed, or duplicated.

Mint® also developed a dedicated Experience Cloud portal for suppliers. Here, vendors can access quote requests, ask questions, and submit bids—while procurement teams receive automatic updates, bid logs, and timestamps for every stage of the process. This ensures:
