From a young age, I’ve always been fascinated by the world of business. I studied Business and Management at university, and since then, I’ve had the chance to work in various roles across different industries.
My journey with Salesforce began in 2018 while I was in a marketing role within the finance sector. I quickly recognised the platform’s incredible potential to drive impact and growth, which led me to get certified and take on a role as a Customer Success Manager at a Salesforce consultancy. There, I had the rewarding experience of helping around 100 nonprofits make the most of Salesforce to achieve their goals.
Joining Mint in 2024 was a no-brainer for me. Their mantra, “Clients First. Always,” really speaks to their dedication to putting customers’ success at the heart of everything they do. As a Business Development Manager, I now get to work closely with both new and existing clients, developing strategies to optimise their Salesforce implementations and ensure their continued success.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me writing and producing music or staying active—I’m a passionate runner. If you ever see me out on a run, don’t hesitate to stop and say hi!
